Mother's Day Market at SheyWest
Come shop with your whole family at SheyWest to celebrate moms and spring! Leika will be there with 20 other high end vendors near the Ivy Room. Come play and shop with us! There is so much to see and do at SheyWest!
Mother’s Day Stay to Play
This Mother's Day we brewed up some crafty fun for your kiddos at Brewhalla!
While you relax and enjoy a brew or some afternoon fun, your littles can get creative at Leika Sensory Creations's amazing sensory play paradise! They'll be digging into springtime sensory bins, making awesome crafts, AND whipping up their very own playdough to take home!
For $15 kids will get to enjoy springtime sensory play bins, crafts, AND a playdough make and take to take home!
Kids ages birth-3 are welcome to attend with a trusted adult supervising.
Children ages 4-12 may drop in to play independently while their trusted adult enjoys the Brewhalla experience. Drop in play is welcome - no registration is needed!

join us at the bookshop on SATURDAY, MAY 25, from 11AM-1PM to get your book signed, hear shawn read an excerpt + participate in an audience-lead Q&A! the speaking portion of the event will begin around 12PM.

Street Faire at the Lakes
Join us for two days of arts, crafts, gifts, music, and food! Leika will have several play stations set up and many sensory items for sale!
Midwest Kid Fest
The 25th Annual Midwest Kid Fest is coming to you on Friday, June 14! Leika will have a HUUUUGE sensory play area for kids tucked away from the hustle and bustle!
We will start out the day with the inaugural Teddy Bear Parade starting at 10:30 am where we encourage you to bring your favorite teddy to show off to the park. Then stay for a day of fun at Island Park filled with music, laughter and bright colors as children play and learn. We will have Lalo's Lunchbox perform to close out the day.
All activities are free! This event hosts the parade, interactive educational booths, life-sized games, an entertainment stage, petting zoo, strolling entertainment and more
West Fargo Street Fair
Stroll down Sheyenne Street and shop local arts, crafts, food and retail vendors or enjoy a theatre performance, live music and family-friendly activities on the POW/MIA Plaza. Leika will have a spot to play and shop!
The Arthur Market
Meet us in Arthur for some small town charm with local produce, crafts, breweries, and live music! Leika will be there with our handmade playdough jars, sensory kits, trays, and more! Kids can also play in a variety of sensory kits.
Aronia Berry Festival
This free, family-friendly event includes attractions for the whole family: live music, face painting, yard games, local food, beverage, and artisan vendors, aronia beer tasting with local Home Brew masters, live painting mural, RC Cars, aronia Cooking Demo and a close-up viewing of the aronia harvester from Poland. Leika will have farm inspired sensory play stations and a variety of inventory for you to shop!

JunkAholic’s Spring Vintage Market
Granville JunkAholic’s Spring Vintage Market is the spring fever market to attend! Bust out of winter and think yard and garden decor, recreating that kitchen or bedroom, or finding wedding decor. Vendors fill rooms with the wares they’ve been collecting and creating through the winter! Along with junk and repurposed wares, you’ll find home based businesses and pop up sales - like us, Leika!
Northern Cass Early Learning Fair
Stop in to play with Leika at the 3rd Annual Early Learning Fair. Northern Cass School District Families are invited to explore the school, meet the PK educators, and engage in play! Children can also participate in developmental screenings. Leika will be providing a whole room full of sensory play!

'Noon' Years Party - We Rock The Spectrum Gym
Head over to We Rock the Spectrum on December 31st 9am-2pm to ring in the ‘noon’ year! Open gym is from 9-2 and a BALLOON DROP will take place at NOON to ring in the New Year - kid style!
Join Leika Sensory Creations from 9-12 in the back party room for sensory play stations, playdough tables, and you can even create your own mindfulness new years sensory bottle!
Stay to Play - Peace Academy Fargo
On Friday, December 29 from 10:30am-4:00pm, Leika Sensory Creations will be providing sensory play activities at Peace Academy Fargo - a preschool and childcare center. All community members are invited to attend! Children ages birth-5 are welcome to attend with a trusted adult. Children ages 6-10 may drop in to play independently while their trusted adult enjoys time away.
Ashley, a co-creator at Leika, is an educator and school counselor and has a lot of experience working with children and families. She will provide hands-on sensory play experiences to engage your child(ren) - playdough, rice or bean bins, fine motor activities, and more! Plus - dive into imaginative play in a Peace Academy pre-school classroom!
Drop in play is welcome, but registering ahead of time for a play session is highly recommended. Only 12 spots available per session. If plans change, you must notify us 24 hours in advance or NO refund will be issued. *Sensory play experiences may contain gluten.
Peace Academy Fargo is located at 3201 Fiechtner Dr. S, Fargo, ND 58103. Please use the main office doors on the west side to enter.

Halloween Party Pop Up!
Cookie Krums, Pansy Plants, & Leika Sensory Creations are teaming up on 300 Sheyenne St in West Fargo to bring you a fun (FREE!) Halloween Party Pop Up! Families with kids of all ages are welcome to join us on Saturday, October 28th 10am-12pm.
Leika will have Halloween sensory stations set up in Cookie Krums & Pansy Plants and a little pop up sale with kits and playdough jars too!
You’ll find a variety of Halloween themed sweet treats, including gourmet cookies, decorated sugar cookies and cookie decorating kits for sale at Cookie Krums! Plus-some great prize drawings too!
Pop over to Pansy Plants for a little DIY action! Pick out some festive paint colors and paint a pot for $5. Don’t forget to check out the plants sales too!

Unglued Kids Make It Club: Pizza Shop
Kids Make It Club: Pizza Shop
Kids ages 6+ will make pizza crust playdough and design their own pizza menu to be included in their pizza shop themed sensory kit!
They will get a chance to play in pizza themed sensory bins and create their very own pizza shop sensory kit with homemade playdough and lots of toppings to match their created pizza menu. Kids will also get to design their own chef hat with fabric makers!

(ages 6+) - $40 Tuesday, July 18 2-4pm
Kids ages 6+ will make their own homemade deep blue playdough and sand playdough for their own ocean themed sensory kit! They will also get to create an ocean themed sensory bottle.
Kids will get a chance to play in ocean themed sensory bins and create their very own ocean sensory kit with two playdough bases - deep blue and sand playdough.

On Sunday, May 21st from 12pm-4pm, Leika Sensory Creations will be providing sensory play activities in the Unglued Craftatorium on the second floor of Drekker’s Brewhalla. Children ages birth-5 are welcome to attend with a trusted adult. Children ages 6-12 may drop in to play independently while their trusted adult enjoys the Brewhalla experience.

Calling all moms, dads, grandparents, nannies, caregivers -- come spend your morning with us in the Ivy Room at SheyWest! We know how LONG winter is being inside with young kiddos, so come enjoy a creative morning in our beautiful space.
Adults will create an adorable DIY Macrame Rainbow while kiddos (ages 0-5) can enjoy sensory bin play with Leika Sensory Creations!!
**You can choose between pink, blue, or neutral colored rainbows!
Your workshop ticket includes all of the supplies for this event & friendly instruction by SheyWest staff. Your DIY Macrame Rainbow will be ready to take home after you create it during the class.
